Information we collect

• Information you submit: name, email, phone, property address, and any message you send through our valuation, contact, or listing inquiry forms.
• Automatically collected: IP address, device type, browser, referring URL, pages viewed, and time on page via privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Lovable Analytics).
• Advertising: if you arrive via a Google Ads campaign, Google may set cookies to attribute the visit. We use Google Ads conversion tracking only.

How we use information

• Respond to your inquiry about selling, buying, or valuing a home.
• Send you the disclosure package, valuation, or follow-up you requested.
• Improve the site, understand traffic sources, and measure ad performance.
• Comply with California real estate regulations and our brokerage's recordkeeping.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention & security

Inquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database and is visible only to Hoi and authorized staff. We retain records as long as required by the California DRE and our brokerage's recordkeeping policies (typically 3 years from the close of a transaction).

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
